Important Notes for Custom Orders

We’re thrilled that you’re considering a custom creation from Resin Wood Creations! To ensure a smooth process, please read the following before placing your custom order:

1. Communication During the Creation Process

• We value clear communication and will keep you updated throughout the design and creation process.

• You will be contacted to review and finalise the details of your request before we begin production. Please ensure you are available to respond promptly to avoid delays.

2. Payment Terms

​

• A 50% deposit is required upfront before we start crafting your item. This deposit secures your place in our schedule and covers material costs.

• The remaining 50% balance is payable after you have approved the finished item and before it is shipped to you. Payments are made via invoice, which will be sent to your email.

3. Providing Detailed Information

​

• To help us bring your vision to life, please provide as much detail as possible about your desired design.

• If you have specific preferences or ideas, photos and reference images are highly encouraged. The more information you provide, the closer we can match your expectations.

4. Right to Decline Requests

​

• While we aim to accommodate most requests, we reserve the right to decline a custom order if it is beyond our capability, impractical, or unsuitable for our materials and methods. If this occurs, we will explain our decision and suggest alternative options where possible.

5. Approval Process

​

• Before the final payment is due, we will share photos or videos of the finished item for your approval.

• Once approved, the remaining balance must be paid in full before we ship your custom order.

6. Timelines and Delivery

​

• Custom orders may require additional time to complete, depending on the complexity of the design and material availability. We will provide an estimated timeline during the initial discussion.

7. Non-Refundable Deposit

• Please note that the 50% upfront payment is non-refundable, as it covers the materials and initial labour required for your custom item.
