2. Placing an Order

Orders are subject to availability. In the rare event that materials or items are out of stock, we will contact you with an updated delivery timeframe or offer an alternative.
Orders for custom-made items cannot be cancelled or refunded once production has commenced.

3. Handmade Nature of Products

Our products are individually crafted, and due to the nature of the materials we use (e.g., natural wood and resin), slight variations in colour, texture, grain, and finish may occur. These are part of the unique charm of handmade goods and do not qualify as faults or defects.

4. Payment

All prices listed on our website are in GBP (£) and include VAT (where applicable).

Payment is required in full at the time of placing an order.
We accept payments through secure online payment methods.

We reserve the right to refuse an order if payment is not successfully processed.

5. Delivery

We aim to deliver all orders within the timeframe specified at checkout; however, delays may occur due to factors outside our control (e.g., material availability or courier issues).

UK Deliveries: Items are shipped via tracked courier services. Delivery charges will be calculated at checkout.
International Deliveries: If available, additional charges and customs duties may apply.

If delivery is delayed, we will inform you as soon as possible. Resin Wood Creations is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers.

Non-Custom Orders: Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in their original condition. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or damaged.
Custom Orders: Custom-made items are non-returnable unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photographic evidence.

Our products are made using high-quality materials, including natural wood and resin. Please note:

Due to the nature of the materials, slight imperfections, knots, and variations in colour or texture may occur. These natural features enhance the uniqueness of each piece.
While we strive to keep all materials in stock, certain items or materials may occasionally be unavailable. If this affects your order, we will notify you and discuss alternatives or revised timelines.

Custom orders are created based on your specific requirements.

Once confirmed, custom orders cannot be modified, cancelled, or refunded.
We are not responsible for errors or omissions in customer-provided specifications (e.g., dimensions, finishes).
