We accept returns on non-customised items within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is in its original condition and packaging. Please note:

Non-Custom Items: If you no longer want the item, the cost of returning the item will be your responsibility. Once we receive the item and confirm it is in resalable condition, we will process a refund (minus any shipping costs from the original purchase).

Custom Orders: Custom-made items are not eligible for returns or refunds unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
2. Custom-Made Orders
Custom-made pieces are crafted specifically to your requirements, making them non-refundable and non-returnable unless:

The item arrives damaged.

There is a defect in workmanship or materials.
In such cases, please contact us immediately with photographic evidence, and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.
3. Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience. Please take the following steps:

Provide your order number and photographic evidence of the damage.
Once we verify the issue:

We will cover the cost of return shipping and either provide a replacement or issue a full refund, depending on your preference.

You change your mind and no longer want the item (non-custom orders only).

You ordered the wrong item or size.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure the item reaches us safely. Refunds will only be issued once the item has been received and inspected.
5. Refund Process

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item.

For items purchased on sale or with discounts, the refunded amount will be the purchase price paid.
